À propos de la fonction
You will be the 1 point of contact for both Sales and Customers. You will be working in Herstal (Liège) and will service Customers and Sales in the Benelux concerning Office Supplies. You will start of with a project of 3 à 4 months, with a possible extension. Your main tasks will be:
- Support Sales if there are questions, problems,.. about Lyreco's office supplies;
- Support Customers if there are questions or problems with their products or order;
- Solve the most frequent issues and setting up an FAQ database for our Customers & Sales;
- Solve issues for our customers. If needed liaise with a 3rd party to solve issues on-site at the customer;
- Setting up a contract in SAP, making sure that the customer structure is correct.
