For our client, an organisation representing interest of a specific market towards EU-institutions, we are looking for a part-time administrative assistant for a minimum of 6 months.
The position will consist in providing a comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the team.
More specifically she/he will be in charge of activities related to:
- Reception / telephone central
- Office management :
- Manage stock of supplies
- Liaise with the technical maintenance services
- Taxi ordering
- Meetings organization and support to project managers
- Sending of invitations and agendas
- Compile lists of presence
- Organize catering for meeting participants
- Booking and preparation of meeting rooms including technical set up
- Various and punctual secretarial support to Directors/Project managers
- Occasional organizational support for external events (in Brussels)
- Support on websites updates
- Maintenance of the contact database

We offer you a minimum of 6 month contract on interim basis with a salary depending on your experience.
