Over de functie
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Prepare technically and commercially the quotations to be sent to our customers with the support of production and external sales.
- Drive new customer projects from technical evaluation over sampling until start of production for coatings on components.
- Be the point of contact by telephone and e-mail for our customers and our external sales in terms of order status, quotations and information about our products.
- Update customer and order relevant information in our ERP and CRM system.
- Flow up on quotations and support the invoicing, sampling and complaint process.

a Bachelor degree with experience in the business or a Master degree with in mechanical or materials engineering.
- +3 years technical/commercial background in manufacturing or surface solutions industry or Master degree graduates.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English, Dutch and French is a must.
- a team player with the ability to work independently.
- a proactive and solution oriented personality who likes to get things done.
