We are looking for an Administrative Support.

Your duties will consist of 3 main parts and for both languages NL/FR :  Follow-up of trainings and registrations :

  • General helpdesk regarding our trainings (mail and phone);
  • Processing and follow-up of registrations and attendance during training;
  • Input of planned sessions and follow-up of the planning;
  • Control of invoices; 

Follow-up of training files and grant applications  - Reviewing and following up on grant applications - Assisting and guiding clients in submitting their grant applications - Preparing payments and communicating to companies Follow-up of demography plans and their "cost files  - Helpdesk for the Demography Fund (mail and phone)  - Reviewing and following up the submitted plans and cost files - Preparing payments and communication to the companies

Profil

 You preferably have a bachelor's degree  - Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus  - You speak French and Dutch fluently and write correctly in both languages - You like working with procedures and you are precise in your work - You are versatile and can organize your work by priority (time management) - Être polyvalent et travailler par priorité - You already worked in a CRM, we work with MS Dynamics. - You are stress resistant  - You are customer-oriented, contact with customers does not scare you off - And last but not least, you are a team player  

Offre

Our offer: - You start via an interim contract, but with an option for a permanent contract - Full time or part time (80%)  - You are part of a dynamic and close team, with a lot of consultation and training opportunities - You work in Brussels (2 days a week), with the possibility of working from home

Notre activité principale est de répondre aux besoins en formations des 3.000 entreprises et des 90.000 travailleurs du secteur et de les aider dans des démarches RH. Nous coordonnons également d’autres projets en lien avec les travailleurs, les demandeurs d’emploi et l’enseignement. Nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe dynamique de Bruxelles, composée de 5 personnes, pour l’aider dans la gestion administrative des formations.
