Job description; As a Customer Service Representative, you are the link between customer expectations, commercial objectives and operational processes in an international environment. You take responsibility, identify opportunities and turn ideas into concrete actions.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our Italian and Romanian customers: you answer questions, solve problems and ensure accurate follow-up.
- You contribute to strong service quality by gathering feedback, identifying inefficiencies and clearly explaining our working methods to customers.
- You monitor the financial flow: you assist with payment follow-up, handle invoice queries and coordinate tax issues with the credit team.
- You maintain an overview in a dynamic environment and are able to switch easily between different priorities.
Profil
Your Profile
- You speak and write fluent Italian, Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- You have experience in a customer-oriented position.
- You work in a structured and accurate manner and always think one step ahead.
- You remain calm under pressure and have a pragmatic mindset.
- You can work independently and take initiative.
- You are naturally proactive, curious and service-oriented.
