As a Customer Service Specialist, you act as the primary contact for customers in Italy and Romania. You handle inquiries, solve issues and ensure smooth administrative and financial follow-up. You take initiative, recognize opportunities and contribute to improving service and processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the key contact for Italian and Romanian customers.
- Handle questions, resolve issues and provide accurate follow up.
- Gather feedback, identify inefficiencies and clarify workflows to customers.
- Support financial processes: payment follow-up, invoice questions and tax-related topics together with the credit team.
- Stay organized while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Profil
Are you the customer service specialist we are looking for?
- Fluent in English, Italian and Romanian (spoken and written).
- Experience in a customer-face or service-oriented position.
- Structured, accurate and forward-thinking.
- Calm under pressure with a hands-on, practical mindset.
- Able to work independently.
- Naturally proactive, curious and service-minded.
