Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Payroll & Benefits Administration Support
Collect, check, and input data for employee payroll, benefits and allowances (e.g., hours, leave, allowances, deductions). Maintain employee records in the HR/payroll system. Administer employee benefits and coordinate with external providers and brokers for day-to-day administration.
Payroll input is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines. Employee data is correct and confidentially managed. Reporting & Analytics Support
Prepare standard reports, presentations, and supporting materials for C&B analyses, board meetings, and staff communications. Support the generation of KPI reports and ad hoc analyses under the guidance of the C&B / Payroll Specialist.
Reports and materials are accurate, timely, and compliant, enabling the Comp&Ben Manager and Entso-e’s management to make informed decisions. Administration & Compliance
Prepare standard HR letters, contracts, and payroll-related documentation. File and organise HR and payroll records in line with GDPR/confidentiality requirements. Support compliance checks and audits by preparing requested documentation. Handle administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits projects, including managing invoices, purchase orders, procurement documentation, and supporting budget tracking.
Documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Records are complete, secure, and easily retrievable. Audits are supported with accurate and timely information. Administrative aspects of C&B projects are executed efficiently and compliant with internal controls and GDPR, allowing projects to run smoothly. Employee Communication & Query Handling
Serve as first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, mobility programs, and compensation administration. Escalate complex queries to the Payroll and/or C&B Specialist as needed. Employee queries are addressed quickly and accurately, ensuring clarity, satisfaction, and effective escalation of complex cases. Process Support & Continious Improvement
Assist in updating process documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures for payroll and benefits administration. Suggest minor process improvements where applicable.
Operational processes are well-documented, standardised, and efficient, reducing errors and supporting continuous improvement.
Profil
Working and thinking level
Bachelor level or equivalent by experience Field of Degree HR, Business Administration Experience 0-3 years of experience Specific technical skills and certifications
Preferably first experience within payroll/comp&ben topics or as HR Officer Eagerness to learn and develop expertise Service oriented mindset Good numerical and analytical skills Strong knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc) Language knowledge
Strong knowledge of English and French and/or Dutch
