IT Support Analyst

Looking to join a dynamic international company in Brussels and take on a stimulating IT role with real impact? We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide key technical support to our global teams and work closely with our US-based IT department.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone
- Resolve Tier 1 technical issues independently and assist with Tier 2 support
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment and system access configuration
- Perform basic system administration tasks such as user and group management in Active Directory and Entra
- Assist with patch management and maintenance for endpoints and approved applications
- Conduct account audits and access reviews
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications, workstations, servers, and network systems
- Support infrastructure and platform teams during system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance windows
- Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Provide guidance and training to end users to help them become more self-sufficient with company technologies
Profil
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles
- Hands-on experience with : Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory / Entra fundamentals
- Knowledge of Linux or macOS is considered a plus
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow and enforce IT processes and security guidelines
- Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with US teams)
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Offre
- Salary: between €3,500 and €4,000 gross/month, depending on experience
- Meal vouchers

- Contract: interim contract between 3 and 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI) afterwards
- Work arrangement: mainly home office, with 1 day per week in the office in Etterbeek (Brussels)
- International environment, with daily collaboration with US-based teams
