Your mission :  Ensure the preparation of meeting rooms, manage inventory and ensure various supplies. Assist in the maintenance of premises and equipment (excluding IT).  

Roles

  • Preparation of the meeting rooms
  • Managing 'groceries' and office supplies stocks and ensuring supplies on the premises
  • Tidying up and making small repairs/installations

The Office Assistant reports to the Office Manager. Activities * Preparation of the meeting rooms - Prepare coffee, dishes, etc. - Order lunches and set them up - Install IT hardware - Clear and ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and the customer area * Managing inventory and ensuring supplies - place orders for the restocking of office and grocery supplies inventory and track invoices - monitor the stock of administrative printouts and report to Office Manager - supply fridges, kitchenettes, vending machines and copiers * Tidying up and making small repairs/installations - Store kitchenettes, stock rooms and other cupboards - Replace bulbs, carry out small repairs such as locks, furniture to be screwed back or mounted, occasional movement of furniture * Monitoring the maintenance of premises and equipment (excluding IT) - Follow up on cleaning teams (schedules, inspection, etc.) - Help Office Manager track premises and hardware maintenance activities

 

 

 

Profil

This position requires the following qualities:

  • Precision, care and discretion
  • Sense of service, initiative and team spirit
  • Flexibility, polyvalence and organizational skills
  • This work involves many moves (walking on 4 large floors)
  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good command of French or Dutch and excellent  knowledge of the other national language. 

Offre

For this position of Office Assistant (m/f/x), our client offers:

  • A full-time long term contract;
  • A competitive salary - minimum 2800 € gross;
