                                Description de fonction
- Coordinate all phases of the regranting cycle: drafting and launching calls for proposals, promoting opportunities, organizing information sessions, managing applications, and supporting evaluation and selection processes (including coordination with external evaluators and selection committees).
- Act as the primary point of contact for applicants and members, providing information and responding to inquiries.
- Draft and manage grant agreements, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Monitor project implementation, review narrative and financial reports, and identify capacity-building needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support donor reporting and internal learning.
- Work closely with the Finance and Communications teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project components.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including compiling case studies and lessons learned.
- Assist in reviewing project budgets and financial documentation.
- Draft contracts and manage related administrative processes.
- Provide guidance to grantees on financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants, service providers, and auditors when needed.
- Maintain and update internal databases and document archives.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Profil
- University degree in Economics, International Affairs, Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in grant management, financial administration, or auditing, preferably in a civil society or donor-funded environment.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in project coordination and managing grant-related processes.
- Good understanding of grantmaking or regranting procedures is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Base Salary: Approx. €2,418.80 gross/month
- Start Date: Early December 2025
- Reports to: Programme and Operations Manager
