Description de fonction
- Plan, coordinate and execute daily road shipments (domestic, intra-EU, export) for LTL, TL, bulk truck and rail modes, as well as internal transport between factories, warehouses and subcontractors.
- Ensure comprehensive tracking of shipments: from loading to delivery, according to established processes.
- Track transport orders daily with carriers, loading sites and customers, while maintaining close contact with customer service, planners and other internal stakeholders.
- Create and update transport orders in SAP: create costs, provisions, check invoices and ensure consistency with negotiated rates.
- Contact carriers to clarify billing discrepancies, request credit notes or adjust orders, and validate payments.
- Issue the necessary documents for the transport of goods: transport orders, shipping invoices, documents required on request.
- Detect, anticipate and analyse transport issues, propose solutions and contribute to the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) for carriers when necessary.
- Manage the recording of delays, follow up and communicate when loading schedules cannot be met.
- Collaborate with the Customer Assistance department to follow up on complaints.
Profil
- Experience in logistics operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Knowledge of conditions and regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, organise and persevere are essential.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. This position involves regular contact with members of the logistics team, internal customers and business partners.
- Demonstrable proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
- Enthusiastic, diplomatic and excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
