Do you have some experience as an assistant? Do you want to work in an international company in Brussels ? Do you speak English and French? We have the right job for you!
For one of our international clients, we are currently looking for an assistant to start as soon as possible.
As an assistant (m/f/x), you will have the following tasks:
- Administrative activities: dealing with payments and invoices, archiving documents, working with SharePoint and granting access, updating and maintaining the internal database
- Following on membership applications and providing information to new members and tracking the status of membership fees
- Updating the website and contributing to newsletters
- Keeping records of staff presence sheets
- Support in the organization of workshops, meetings and events
- Support, when required, in communication campaigns related to the events (e.g. social media)
Profil
The succesful candidate for this position of assistant (m/f/x) will have the following profile:
- Excellent spoken and written English and a good level of French
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior work experience (1-3 years)
