PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (50%) - Creating timelines and contributing to effective planning of funded project activities. - Monitoring budgets of EU-funded projects and tracking team members’ time dedication consistently, systematically, and coherently. - Supporting team members in completing tasks, drafting, and submitting reports. - Oversee and implement the communication and dissemination tasks of projects. - Support organising conferences, events, meetings, and other activities linked to projects. - Providing communication support to Processes4Planet projects. COMMUNICATIONS ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDING VALUE TO MEMBERS (50%) - Create a yearly A.SPIRE Communication Plan and track its implementation, - Manage and enhance the Association’s external communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.),  - Operate A.SPIRE’s members-only collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint), - Manage internal communication with A.SPIRE members by operating the existing tools or suggesting new ideas. - Generate and write content for social media, news releases, newsletters, bulletins, etc. - Prepare presentations and small publications and manage relations with providers. - Support to facilitate networking activities for A.SPIRE members. - Organise A.SPIRE participation in external conferences, and support with organization of internal events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.).

Profil

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Degree in project management, communications, public relations, business administration or related studies. - Minimum 3 years of experience in positions dealing with the tasks described for this position, with excellent performance. - Experience with EU funds is an asset. YOUR KEY SKILLS: - An energetic person with a hands-on approach, task-oriented with attention to detail - Team player with a cooperative spirit, willing to contribute to the teams’ and A.SPIRE’s overall success. - Ability to work in a small core team and diverse virtual teams with people across organizational boundaries and several countries/regions. - Outstanding organisation and prioritization skills with a capacity to retro plan and fulfil strict deadlines. - High-quality results and output oriented. - Capacity to work with complexity and to juggle a variety of tasks flexibly and proactively. - Creative problem-solving skills, able to anticipate needs and deliver your work autonomously TECHNICAL SKILLS AND LANGUAGES - Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and collaborative online tools (e.g. SharePoint). - Experience in project management. - Excellent spoken and written English. Other languages are an asset.
