What will you do?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to customers. You will address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will effectively communicate with customers, maintain product knowledge, and deliver timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs.
- Daily Communication: Communicate daily with customers, sales managers, logistics, production planning, and supply chain teams about order-related matters.
- Order Processing: Receive, process, and confirm orders.
- Delivery Planning: Plan customer deliveries and monitor stock levels. Proactively offer available stock materials to customers.
- Sales Monitoring: Monitor customer sales plans, quotas, order books, and take action when needed.
- Order Management: Manage pipeline orders.
- Reporting: Provide customer-related information on demand.
- Sustainability Support: Serve as the first-line support for sustainability-related topics.
- Development Work: Participate in development work related to your area of responsibility.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support knowledge sharing among different customer service teams.
Profil
What are we looking for?
- Education: You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and German. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a great advantage.
- Proactive and Commercial Attitude: You have a proactive and commercial attitude, and the ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills characterize you. You are an enthusiastic team player.
- Multitasking: You can perform multiple tasks under time pressure.
- IT Skills: You are comfortable working with different ERP systems and MS Office.
