Event Marketing & Media Partnerships Coordinator Main Responsibilities
Event Marketing Support • Update and maintain event presentations and templates. • Coordinate the production of brochures, banners, signage, and other marketing materials. • Work with graphic designers on event branding, merchandise, and promotional assets. • Coordinate stand design and event branding projects. • Organise logistics and shipping of promotional materials for events and roadshows. • Support the development and maintenance of marketing playbooks and internal guidelines.
Media Partnerships • Identify and approach potential media partners. • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contracts. • Coordinate advertising materials, interviews, and promotional content with partners. • Ensure delivery of all partnership benefits and monitor visibility across partner channels. • Maintain relationships with media partners and track performance.
Profil
Skills & Qualifications • Strong organisational skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva is an asset. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset. • Fluent English; French speaking is a plus.
