Your Mission
As a Part-Time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. You’ll support users across the organization, providing timely and effective solutions both remotely and on-site.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or MS Teams
- Assess and prioritize incoming issues based on urgency
- Troubleshoot and resolve common PC/laptop problems (network, printing, Wi-Fi, A/V, etc.)
- Escalate complex cases to senior IT staff when needed
- Provide hands-on support on-site in Brussels
Profil
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 (especially MS Teams)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Fast learner with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus

Interim contract (3–6 months) with the possibility of a permanent full-time role
