Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage email correspondence in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Perform reception duties, including welcoming guests and managing inquiries.
  • Handle the scheduling of appointments and meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Manage back-office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Prepare reports and documents for management as required.
  • Provide support to the administrative and back-office teams as needed.

Profil

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in French and English or French and B1 Dutch
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a back-office role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to interact with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or office management are a plus.
