Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage email correspondence in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform reception duties, including welcoming guests and managing inquiries.
- Handle the scheduling of appointments and meetings, both internally and externally.
- Manage back-office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Prepare reports and documents for management as required.
- Provide support to the administrative and back-office teams as needed.
Profil
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in French and English or French and B1 Dutch
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a back-office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to interact with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or office management are a plus.
