Your Role as Customer Service Representative
As the main point of contact for our Italian and Romanian customer base, you take ownership of every request and handle each case with care and precision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Primary contact for Italian and Romanian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure thorough follow‑up.
- Improve service quality: gather customer feedback, spot inefficiencies, and clearly communicate our processes.
- Support financial processes: follow up on payments, handle invoice‑related questions, and clarify tax topics together with our credit team.
- Stay organized and focused: manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced and detail‑oriented environment.
Profiel
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Italian, Romanian, and English (spoken and written). Any additional language is a plus.
- Experience in a customer‑oriented role, such as customer service, customer support, or administrative customer contact.
- Structured, accurate, and always thinking one step ahead.
- Calm under pressure with a practical, solution‑driven mindset.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
- Naturally proactive, curious, and service‑minded.
