Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting customer relationships? As a Service Support Specialist (m/v/x), you’ll play a key role in assisting the Service Team with managing framework agreements for public institutions. You’ll ensure smooth contract execution, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Your key responsibilities:
Contract Administration
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining framework contracts and related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and renewal schedules.
Compliance & Reporting
- Support adherence to public procurement regulations, legal standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure accurate filing.
Operational Support
- Liaise with public institutions to process service requests under framework agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to ensure services are delivered according to contract terms.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from clients and partners.
- Escalate issues to the Manager when necessary for resolution.
Profiel
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
You should:
- Have strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ideally have experience in contract management, administration, or support in a corporate or public setting.
- Possess basic knowledge of (or interest in) procurement and tendering processes, or be willing to develop this expertise.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and collaborate well with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Be proactive, service-oriented, and thrive in a supportive role.
- Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
- Have excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
