- Be the main point of contact for Turkish & Bulgarian customers
- Handle questions, solve issues, and ensure smooth follow-up
- Support with invoices and payment-related questions
- Keep everything organized and on track
- Spot improvements and help optimize processes
- You keep operations running smoothly across borders

- Fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian & English
- Experience in a customer-facing role
