Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Officer:
As a Technical Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for customers who need technical assistance. You primarily support French-speaking customers, while also communicating regularly in English with colleagues and customers from other countries.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and remote support, primarily in French.
- Analyse technical issues and work together with customers to find the most suitable solution.
- Guide customers through software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Accurately register and follow up on support requests in the CRM system.
- Escalate more complex issues to specialised colleagues when necessary.
- Work closely with colleagues and other internal departments to resolve complex technical queries.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- You have initial experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or an IT Help Desk role.
- You have a strong interest in software, IT, and technology.
- You are fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written, as you will use these languages daily when communicating with customers and colleagues.
- You are solution-oriented and remain organised when dealing with multiple requests at the same time.
- You are able to prioritise effectively and manage your workload efficiently.
- A secondary education diploma (A2 level) is sufficient. Above all, we value your motivation, eagerness to learn, and passion for technology.
