For a well-known organization specialized in communication, we are looking for a Communication Assistant for a very rewarding project.
Indeed, many European citizens are invited to participate in different conferences and events in order to share their ideas on the functioning of the European Union.
The tasks
Thus, as a communication assistant :
- You will organize the travel of people who register to attend a conference.
- Travel arrangements include scheduling flights and booking accommodations.
- Other travel-related tasks will include sending confirmation emails to attendees with information about the conference, how to get there, etc.
- You will work as part of a team. You will serve as a liaison between the conference participants and the travel agency that makes the train reservations and issues the airline tickets.
Profiel
Required Skills
- You have a bachelor or master degree in communication or public relations
- You have no experience, or max. 2 years
- Languages: English
- You are detail-oriented and like to help others.
- You are a team player, customer oriented and joyful
- Basic computer skills: Office Outlook and Excel
- You live in the Brussels area
