Functieomschrijving

What will you do? 

  • Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phone calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment management
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings and events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common workspaces
  • Assist the management team with various administrative tasks
  • Manage general services: liaise with service providers, monitor contracts, etc.

Who are you? 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, management tools)
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Versatility and flexibility
  • Degree in administration, management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in French and FLAMISH (spoken and written)
  • Positive and proactive attitude
