Are you an experienced welder with a passion for both serial and custom work? Do you enjoy working independently in a straightforward environment where humor and teamwork are key? Then you might be the new colleague we’re looking for at this metalworking company in Balen!
Job Description:
- Semi-automatic welding of both serial and custom pieces
- Cutting profiles using machines
- Operating the burning table: positioning plates, burning, and drilling
- Using the overhead crane and possibly the forklift
- Working exclusively in a covered workshop – no travel required
Profiel
Who are we looking for? Not a beginner, but a seasoned welder:
- You have completed welding training and have several years of hands-on experience
- You are punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- You speak fluent Dutch or English
- You are socially confident and can handle direct communication and constructive feedback
- You appreciate a good joke and a relaxed work environment
Aanbod
What we offer:
- Salary: €19/hour, with growth potential up to €22/hour
- Meal vouchers worth €6 per working day
- Working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (starting at 6:00 AM is negotiable)
- Overtime can be compensated with time off
- 40-hour workweek with 12 additional leave days (ADV)
- Collective holidays: 3 weeks in summer, 2 weeks around Christmas + most bridge days
